Engineering / Training / Continuity

A stronger operation
starts with capability.

We help smaller companies take ownership of their automation. Bring us in to solve a problem, develop your people, or become a lasting part of your team.

Tell us what you need

01 / Engineering & consultation

Bring in the expertise.

When automation matters to your business but you don’t have the right resource in-house, we can become that resource.

Let’s talk about your project

What we can work on

  • Understand the process and identify the real constraints.
  • Develop control strategies, PLC logic, and operator interfaces.
  • Plan integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • Make practical decisions about existing systems and future upgrades.

02 / Practical training & mentoring

Build up your people.

Grow capability around the machines and processes your team actually works with. Learning happens alongside real engineering work.

Let’s talk about your team

What we can work on

  • Build a shared understanding of controls and electrical documentation.
  • Practice troubleshooting and structured fault finding.
  • Learn to make, test, review, and document changes.
  • Develop skills around the responsibilities your staff will own.

03 / Embedded support & technical stewardship

Keep the knowledge.

An automation capability needs continuity. We can work alongside your team and help it stay effective as people, equipment, and priorities change.

Let’s talk about ongoing support

What we can work on

  • Add experienced engineering capacity to your internal team.
  • Maintain documentation, backups, and a useful change history.
  • Review technical decisions and guide the automation roadmap.
  • Support onboarding and preserve knowledge through staff transitions.

Our way of working

Start with the process.
Stay for the progress.

The right level of support can change over time. We shape the work around what your operation needs and what your team wants to take on.

  1. 01 / Understand

    Learn the operation.

Walk through the process, the current system, and the knowledge already in the room.

  2. 02 / Define

    Agree the work.

Set a practical scope, responsibilities, and a clear picture of what success means.

  3. 03 / Build

    Work alongside you.

Engineer, test, and teach with your staff involved in the decisions that matter.

  4. 04 / Sustain

    Make it last.

Document the result, hand over the knowledge, and agree what continued support should look like.

A few practical questions

Let’s be clear.

Do we need to use Thermite?

No. Services start with your process and the systems you have. Product choices should follow the engineering need; using Thermite is not a condition of working with us.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We can add capacity, mentor staff, or help establish the routines and documentation that make a small automation team effective.

What if we don’t have an automation team?

We can begin as your automation resource and help define what your company needs to retain internally. Training and handover can grow with that plan.

How is ongoing support arranged?

Scope, availability, on-site needs, and response expectations are agreed for each engagement. We start by understanding your operation and the level of continuity it needs.

Your next step

Your process is specialized.
Your support should be, too.
